Very good communication with Zest Car Rental. Clear instructions how to find the agent at the airport. No hard sell at the airport from the actual car agent, very fast pick up and drop off. We didn't need to contact any customer service so can't comment on that aspect. Overall a very positive experience and we would definitely use Zest and Espacar again
