I had never used Zest before and chose them as i liked the fact that they didn't seem to try and lumber you with extra costs like so many other rental companies do. And i couldn't have been happier with the service. The car was safe, clean and as required, the service was brilliant, with actual people always at the other end of the line if needed. The pick up was easy and smooth, with no attempts to up-sell anything we didn't need. And drop off couldn't have been easier. Would 100% use again.

The only reason I didn’t give auto Aguirre a better rating was because they brought the wrong car to the pickup point and they had to change it.

Keddy is not shown anywhere in Malaga Airport, but we were told by our daughter who goes to Spain regularly that they are part of Europcar, so we went there. They tried to upsell us a Mercedes B class car for 25 Euro a day more, but we refused. The car was a hybrid Toyota, and since it was an automatic, that was OK. It was pretty knocked about externally, so we took complete sets of 'before' and 'after' photos. Europcar would not be open when we wanted to return the car, but we called them in advance and they told us about the out of hours drop-off process, and this worked fine. They spoke good English and were generally very helpful. The car was problem free, and we enjoyed driving it. We would use the Zest / Keddy combination again in Spain.

The car was in good order. The rep who met us at the terminal was excellent and we were departing in our car from the airport within 25 mins. The rep was very helpful and professional. Upon out return we were guided into the airport by a rep who happened to notice us pulled on the outskirts of the airport reading the instructions - this was very kind and helpful We will definitely use this company again

I found the whole booking , pick-up and return very easy. Very friendly service. Car was exactly what was required and very nice to drive. Will defuse again.
