Great experience with both Zest and Myca. We had a really nice top of the range Seat Leon in great condition which was better than I expected. All the cars we saw on Myca premises looked in very good and clean condition. Short waiting time and friendly staff. Zest website, communication and booking process clear and straightforward to do. I would use both Zest and Myca again. Recommended.

Myca were excellent, very friendly and without any hard sell for extra insurance cover. Speedy pick up and drop off at the airport. Easy access to motorway system. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends. Zest gives me confidence and peace of mind.

The only small problem we encountered was that the tyre pressure warning came on and even though we inflated the tyres it still stayed on. We were unable to reset it. It was near the end of the rental period so we did not contact Espacar. Otherwise service was excellent.

Slight confusion regarding collecting car at the airport as we arrived by train and at a later time than stated on paperwork. But after a couple of phone calls to locate the agent the problem speedily rectified.

excellent service all round. If I needed to make any changes, I always had a quick response. Niza cars were very prompt and helpful. I have no complaints. It all worked very well and smoothly.

Zest are a breath of fresh air in this competitive market. On this occasion my wife had a serious fall which resulted in hip replacement surgery in Marbella. We needed to stay another week and it was stressful dealing with accommodation, flight changes, special assistance, car hire and insurance etc. The absolute shining light were Zest. I called their UK office and the phone answered immediately. I explained my predicament to a most helpful and understanding gentleman called Tommy. He said leave it with me, I'll speak with Cargest in Malaga and get back to you. 10 minutes later he called me back and said 'all sorted for another week. Just keep the same car and return it a week later'. He took payment from my card over the phone and confirmed immediately by email. THANK YOU TOMMY, your help meant so much at a really difficult time. Jerry

As usual booking with zest very easy and all information is clear. Myca are a great rental company, never had any problems, nice friendly staff good pick up and return process.
