Booked a Nissan Micra or similar but received a BMW Sport Automatic with only 800km on the clock……..how good is that!!

Hiring an Espacar via Zest was a pleasure and a relief, after problem with my booking earlier on where we had to change hire company due to an age restriction. The Zest agent was great, and sorted everything out with a speed and efficiency that delighted me. I will certainly use Zest again, and also Espacar if we are travelling to Malaga.

Slight problem on this occasion where minor damage occurred to the vehicle. (Due to another driver parking adjacent to my vehicle) I contacted ZEST and spoke with LARA who handled my concern with great efficiency. On returning the vehicle MYCA were similarly very helpful. Also, on reporting the minor damage when it occurred PATRICIA from MYCA was extremely helpful.

We were collected quickly from the airport. There was some delay in finding our car, not serious. The car was very good Hyundai hybrid. Return was quick and hassle free. We were in the bus and on our way back to the airport within 15 minutes.
