Booked a hire car for 2 weeks picking up from Madeira airport, we were met at the arrivals area, walked to the car in the pick up drop off car park, completed some paperwork and off we went.
Same on the return but even quicker, no issues with the car, great service via Zest.

We only ever book our hire cars via Zest. The website is easy to navigate and the booking process is quick and easy.

Zest only use trustworthy and reliable hire car providers and we know we always be supplied with a good, clean and roadworthy car from polite and professional foreign agents. We don't even bother looking elsewhere as prices are always competitive and we know the service will be efficient.

I am a bit skeptical about using zest again. 1. They are a broker who source a car rental provider. Depending on who you get, the car rental provider is independent to zest. 2. Zest top up insurance is pointless because the car rental provider will offer you the same additional insurance. It’s better to take directly with them. Taking zest top up insurance means if anything happens you’ll be charged by the car rental company but you can claim it back through zest. That just sounds like a hassle. 3. I booked a Suzuki Swift and got some kind of mini van, when I asked to change I got an old Nissan march. If you don’t care what you drive then fine if you do this can be hit and miss.

We used this car rental broker for some of our car hire in Australia and found them to be professional, very responsive in all contact methods, helpful and knowledgeable with all queries we raised both and after our completing our bookings, and any cancellation payments (where we no longer needed a car) are refunded promptly. They are highly rated by the Which magazine and deservedly so as they ensure they only use quality car hire companies that meet their high standards. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation!

I’ve used many car hire companies over the years, and Zest Car Hire has truly stood out. Their system is reliable and transparent; the ratings for car hire companies are honest and open, making it easy to distinguish the good from the bad. I’ve personally dealt with several companies they list, and their ratings are spot on—even for those rated below 7. Zest provides an accurate and trustworthy service. So far, so good! Great service! I was a bit worried when I saw some of the reviews for the Keddy car rental that Zest proposed but everything was excellent. Great service at the Toulouse Airport Europcar desk; an almost brand new car, and a trouble free hire.

Booking was easy, best price beaten, service was brilliant. They use the best honest and most reliable company/service in country.....On arrival equally great service given by their partner company no nonsense and easy to deal with. I have been hiring cars for many years and have had some real bad experiences. The service given by Zest and their partner agent was first class I will only ever use them now.
