Excellent service as usual. I had to extend the hire period due to a flight cancellation and it was dealt with easily within a few minutes with no fuss. Zest are by far the best company I deal with in any respect for customer service.

This was my 2nd time renting off EPI and to be honest I wouldn't go much further. Excellent service, excellent customer service.20 minutes after I got off plane I was in EPI. Within 5-10 minutes later I had keys of car in hand and ready to embrace Portugal. Polite and friendly. Picking and dropping car was as easy, I'm Irish and staff spoke to me in English. Booking car through Zest was brilliant. I paid in full on booking so the only money I had to give EPI was the toll tag. I also got insurance with zero deductions so that meant I didn't have to have money blocked on my credit card which as everyone knows frees up your card to have for holiday. Got car at a great price. A Peugeot 2008, E110 cheaper than any other website. I booked and cancelled 4 other cars in the 6 months up to holiday by seeing them cheaper on other sites but none could compare to this quote. I'm already checking out next year's prices for Portugal and when I decide on location then I'll be checking out Zest and EPI again. Great service all round, well done lads.

Always good service from Zest! Very helpful and efficient when making a change to the booking. Easy to use website and if you need want two drivers, the free extra driver makes the pricing very competitive.

Both Masterkings and Zest were extremely good. Having had to make a few changes to the booking Zest couldn’t have been more helpful. We have used Zest for several years now and always experience a great service.

Car was very used, i.e. high mileage, several scratches etc but in good working order and considering cost of hire for 10 days it was satisfactory. Your services is always excellent and will always use you as a broker when hiring our car in Portugal.
