I have been a customer of Zest for many years. The initial online reservation process was straightforward and confirmation of my request was emailed promptly. Collection of the vehicle was simple and the Masterkings staff were helpful and provided all the necessary information about the car and details of how to return it after the rental period. The return process was also quick and efficient.

Little to no fault. Collection and return very straightforward but I have used Zest on may occasions and know the system. The car this time was relatively new and almost unmarked.

We had an excellent service provided by Zest, very efficient and informative. Luzcars were also very efficient and helpful. We would definitely use them again and recommend to others, especially when so many car hire companies have a bad reputation. We were very happy with the service provided by Zest and Luzcars
