All went well. Very satisfied with car and attention. I am happier to return the car to a person rather than leaving it with keys inside, but supplier confirmed reception promptly.

Regarding Travel Rent staff, can't praise them enough. When I returned the car I discovered I had left my passport back in our accommodation. Staff were so helpful, got me the car back and allowed me time to use it to go and get it. Just about made my flight. Without their help no doubt I would have missed it. Thank you Travel Rent staff.

All staff were polite, cheerful, and efficient. Straightforward collection and pickup at the airport. No hard sell of top-up insurance.

Having made alterations to my booking close to my holiday date, Zest were brilliant, sorting out the baby seat arrangement from my daughters car to mine for the collection and arranging her to return it with her car. Simple but it could have been a problem. Not so thanks to staff at Zest. I have used them and Drive 4 Fun many times now and always had a car that was almost brand new, clean and without any hassle on either pick up or drop off.

Only reason I did not give an excellent review for collection and drop off was the Master Kings member of staff was dealing another customer but as soon as he got to us the whole rental was very smooth and very quick. The same on returning the car. Was very very quick handing car back. They went even further to help when I had somehow left my mobile phone on the roof of the hire car!! After rushing back to their desk I was told he has found my phone and was on his way back to give it to me. What a GREAT service. Cannot thank them enough and highly recommend both Zest and Masterkings. We are returning to Portugal again and will definitely be booking through Zest and Masterkings 10/10!!
