Collection desk quite chaotic (multiple suppliers across quite a narrow counter and all on top of each other), BUT, the Masterkings guy was very nice and helpful and the paperwork was done relatively quickly. Car return was very easy and quick, no messing about. I have yet to be reimbursed deposit and tolls etc but assume this will happen.
