Excellent service from Zest Car Rental. The help from Tom that I got the day before we were going to help change our original booking was exemplary. When we go back to Tuscany in June next year we will be using Zest again.

Although it was perfectly drivable, the car had numerous dents and scratches to the wheels and bodywork. The shuttle bus pickup instructions for Pisa airport need to make it clear not to take the standard car hire shuttle bus as the Centaur offices are in a different location to all the others. Staff at the Centaur site were very friendly and helpful so overall it was a good experience.

All round great experience. Zest were greater though I appreciate there were no problems where we had to 'test' you! Bit manic at Pisa Airport and perhaps larger signs for the collection/drop off points in the rental area would be good. They were tiny and basically only printed on paper inside a plastic sleeve which had faded in the sun!
