It was nice to get the rental documents sent electronically after checking in, and photos of the (lots of) pre existing superficial damage to the car! Overall the deal was good value, and the person dealing with the car return was excellent in their approach, which does leave you with a very positive feeling!

We have used Zest a few times in Spain and Italy and a hassle free service along with a good insurance policy included as standard means we are more likely to book with them again rather than other Car Rental brokers, particularly if hiring a car from one of one of the lesser known and cheaper companies. In this case it was Ecovia at Pisa airport and they were absolutely fine.

I picked Sicily By Car because they were highly rated by you (even though I could have got cheaper deals elsewhere), and I told this to the guy I dealt with. I was not disappointed. The service was much better than usual. (Ive been hiring at Pisa literally for decades).

It was really helpful to talk to Zest, on the phone, and get their input about hiring cars at Pisa, Italy. There are some many social media "horror stories" and Zest were able to give a more balanced view.

This hire was the second time we used Zest to book a hire car and we were not disappointed in anyway. Collecting the car is so much easier without the "hard-sell" approach taken by the majority of the competition. We had a Toyota Aygo, the first time we have had this model/manufacture, and it was impressive by being very economical to run and comfortable to be a passenger or driver. Overall, a very positive experience.
