Although it was perfectly drivable, the car had numerous dents and scratches to the wheels and bodywork. The shuttle bus pickup instructions for Pisa airport need to make it clear not to take the standard car hire shuttle bus as the Centaur offices are in a different location to all the others. Staff at the Centaur site were very friendly and helpful so overall it was a good experience.

All round great experience. Zest were greater though I appreciate there were no problems where we had to 'test' you! Bit manic at Pisa Airport and perhaps larger signs for the collection/drop off points in the rental area would be good. They were tiny and basically only printed on paper inside a plastic sleeve which had faded in the sun!

Such a simple booking process compared to other suppliers, for me it was comforting knowing zest was based in Dereham which is close to where i live. Excellent value great service will definitely look to book again in the future THANKS.

Everything went smoothly from initial booking with Zest (Lara and Tommy were great) to car collection and return. Very simple and efficient sign in and collection process. Italy Car Rental were very complimentary about Zest Car Rental. Recognised Zests Full Waiver insurance and made no attempt to sell their own insurance.€900 charged to my credit card and held as pending. I checked the day after retuning the car and this had been cleared from my account. At Pisa airport the sign posting to shuttle pick up point was poor and took a while to find it. The car was satisfactory but had a rattling exhaust, other than that it was fine. I would highly recommend Zest and Italy Car Rental

I have used zest a few times now and have been happy with the service, when you hire a rental car abroad it can be a bit of a minefield,I’ve had a few bad experiences. I feel by using zest it’s a bit like having a friend on your side just in case you do have problems , someone to back you up. I will certainly recommend and I have already booked my July car hire in Portugal through zest.

Quick and easy to pick up. No hard sell on extra insurance. Returned car quickly and person there before 8am opening time to inspect and sign off for return (which was a bonus). Hired at Pisa airport.
