This is the third time that we have used Zest and they are excellent. The 'phone is answered quickly, the staff are invariably polite and knowledgeable. I always recommend Zest and would not go anywhere else.

We asked for a 7 seater and received a 9 seater, which did restrict us as a much larger vehicle. Zest have been fantastic and I will not be booking car hire direct again, knowing that I have a contact for questions and to act on my behalf with the rental company gives great peace of mind. Every time I have had a question, Zest have answered really quickly and comprehensively. Some of the best customer service I have come across.

Your website is easy and straightforward. The make and type of vehicle I ordered was what was supplied. The car pickup was quick at Pisa. The Sicily car rental staff were helpful eg where to find nearest petrol station to fill up when returning the vehicle and gave me a map when asked. The biggest plus is not to be pressured into buying services I don’t need at the rental desk.

The vehicle was exactly what we had ordered (Fiat 500) and it was to a very high spec. Cruise control, Bluetooth phone connection, USB ports, etc. Very pleased. Only downside was there was no water in the windscreen washers, but that was easily fixed.

We received a brilliant service from Centauro in their Pisa Airport office and they allowed us to get our car earlier than planned due to a change in our flight arrival time. The staff and their customer service were top class and we have no hesitation in recommending them and we will definately be using this company to hire a car again.
