Quick and easy to pick up. No hard sell on extra insurance. Returned car quickly and person there before 8am opening time to inspect and sign off for return (which was a bonus). Hired at Pisa airport.

Everything went like clockwork, and advance notice provided of change of Autovia desk at Pisa Airport, so good communications from you at Zest. Hassle free all the way through. Would happily use Zest and Autovia again. Thank you.

It was reassuring to have Zest as a fall back should there be any problems with Centauro. We hired our car at the end of October for a week so the high season scrum for car hire was over. I can’t fault the service we received from Centauro. They were welcoming, helpful and efficient. Everything was explained clearly and any existing damage to the car was pointed out. The Opel Corsa was perfect for us as we only drove locally. I was a bit worried I might never find the office again ( !) to return the car but Google maps worked a treat. Zest and Centauro make a great team. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone else

Thank you for everything to make our journey smooth even with a very delayed flight. Excellent customer service would use and recommend to all of our wedding guests who will be travelling to Tuscany in June and hiring cars.

The service from Zest was outstanding. Our return flight was cancelled, delaying our return by a day after we had booked our rental car. Assistance amending the booking by contacting Italy Car Rent for us rather than us having to cancel and rebook at a significantly higher price was much appreciated.

From the Pisa airport. Happy with it all. Nice chap at the counter, the car was new and in perfect condition. Clean. Just one small issue on finding them as the booking description stated that the counter is in the terminal. Actually all the car hire companies are a short walk outside of the terminal, (although there's no signs for it). You might need a luggage trolley if you have loads of bags. Not a big problem and I'd def be happy to use again.
