Our flight was late and there was nobody at the Alamo desk which was a bit worrying (all the others were staffed). However, when the guy showed up and after a further delay to change his printer toner, he gave us a free upgrade to a full-size car, which made up for the delay. There was no attempt to sell us add-ons, which was a pleasant contrast to some other rental companies.

Trouble free rental via Zest, the hire voucher covered all my requirements and was no hassle at the Alamo desk
