Absolutely brilliant service from Alamo at Orlando Airport. We got a free upgrade from a Nissan Pathfinder to a Dodge Durango, which turned out to be a great car for our holiday needs. Only gripe was that the car interior wasn't particularly clean. Other than that, fantastic! Thank you!

Great service provided by both yourselves (Zest) and Alamo. I feel I must mention Alamo's representative in Orlando ( a young lady called Zoe) whose service, in picking up our car and it's return, was exemplary. I have used Zest and in it's previous name for a long time and will continue to do so in the future.

Excellent service from both Zest and Alamo. Very straight forward to pick up the hire car at the airport, there are usually several cars to choose from in the category you have selected and Alamo staff are in the garage to help you if required. I have used both Zest and Alamo several times and it is quick and easy to make the booking online.

I booked through Zest again as I have come to have complete faith and trust in the service that they provide. They’re easy to contact and react instantly to any changes or queries I have raised since first using them in 2020. I will continue to use Zest and Alamo for all future bookings. I really couldn’t ask for a better service from each of them.

I would definitely use Zest again very helpful during my booking process and I felt my booking was supported by Zest if I needed help. Dollar only had 3 desks open on picking up the car out of about 12 desks and we queued with many others for over 2 hours to process the booking in the early hours of the morning.
