I booked through Zest again as I have come to have complete faith and trust in the service that they provide. They’re easy to contact and react instantly to any changes or queries I have raised since first using them in 2020. I will continue to use Zest and Alamo for all future bookings. I really couldn’t ask for a better service from each of them.

I would definitely use Zest again very helpful during my booking process and I felt my booking was supported by Zest if I needed help. Dollar only had 3 desks open on picking up the car out of about 12 desks and we queued with many others for over 2 hours to process the booking in the early hours of the morning.

Our flight was late and there was nobody at the Alamo desk which was a bit worrying (all the others were staffed). However, when the guy showed up and after a further delay to change his printer toner, he gave us a free upgrade to a full-size car, which made up for the delay. There was no attempt to sell us add-ons, which was a pleasant contrast to some other rental companies.

So refreshing to experience a rental from booking through to car rental with so much ease. When I asked Zest to requote all 3 bookings due to USA revised costs, Zest automatically took control and revised all costs, saving me over $200. Well done zest
