Great reliable & trustworthy Service as always

I have used Centauro many times over the years, but this was the most efficient service I have ever had. My flight was slightly early but the minibus was waiting for me and the paperwork was completed without any problem. On returning the car it was checked over immediately, and I was told my deposit for fuel and insurance cover would be returned. It was the quietest I have ever seen the office, so this must have something to do with it.

As usual excellent service from both Zest and Centauro. It's worth Noting that the supplementary insurance Packet from Zest is 80% cheaper than car provider.

Leasys were fantastic to deal with, I never normally leave reviews but their customer service was top notch as I'd lost my card driving licence the week earlier and they were really helpful letting me aquire a share code from the government website. I'm always a bit wary booking car hire after hearing some horror stories over the years, but not here, Leasys were fantastic to deal with and will definitely have my custom when I return to Barcelona again.

The handover at end of rental very quick and easy (have had ridiculously long waits at Barcelona airport returns before) - Eugenia was very efficient and helpful

I realised I had made a mistake on my booking once I got to Barcelona Airport. I called Zest and they were really good to rectify the situation and save our holiday! Very good service and will use them again.

Telephoned Harriet at Zest a couple of days before departure as hire cars had come down in price dramatically since my initial booking. Dealt with very professionally and ended up with a better car at half the price I initially paid. Highly recommended! Issue with Niza Cars was that I had to wait 40 minutes for the car whilst it was cleaned whereas I expected it to be ready. That aside no other issues
