I have used Centauro many times at Barcelona Airport and never had a problem with them. I was picked up on time and the efficiency and friendliness of the office staff was excellent. On returning the car we were a bit late due to an accident, and although they had new customers collecting cars they did a quick check of my car, give it the all clear and got us to the terminal to catch our flight. My fuel deposit was returned the next day.

Having had such a bad experience with Jet2 car hire where we received poor communications and even told the wrong hire company name it has been a delightful experience to deal with Zest from day one. Would not go anywhere else for our hire cars now. Future customers can have complete confidence when booking with Zest. Excellent communications - excellent support and clean new cars to enjoy.

Zest car rentals were very helpful. I needed to alter the booking and they rang me and sorted the changes very quickly and efficiently (and I even had some money refunded). Excellent service.

Zest were once again very helpful with initial booking & I was grateful that their package includes excess insurance, as I had to make use of that after return. Claim & refund of repair cost that I'd had to cover was all very smooth, straightforward & swift. I will be happy to return for yet another car hire booking in future, thanks!
