The Meet and great service is excellent. The car and TopGear agent were In place waiting for me when I arrived on the 2nd floor m, departure level . The car was excellent and the Agent explained all I needed, paper work was really easy and quick no additional costs or products being offered, the additional driver was also free which was a fantastic offer. leaving the airport was very easy and quick. The return service was supper quick with a drop off right outside departures, much quicker than any other rental service I have used. Great product and I would definitely book again with Zest.

Rather a long wait on arrival at the airport for the courtesy bus but no other complaints. Staff were very pleasant.

Booking through zest and using their excess cover was easy and affordable. Did not need to use them after booking as centauro were very accomodating and provided us with an excellent vehicle.

Great car, very easy no hard sell on extra insurance as not required through Zest and we also took out the additional insurance when we booked the car for the windscreen, mirrors, wheels etc for our peace of mind.

The selection and booking experience is always easy and straightforward with all necessary information on all the car rental companies available to enable an informed decision. The extra cover for the wheels glass etc is competitive and well worth the cost - as I found last year on a previous rental when I damaged the car on Spains high pavement edge, and the process of claiming back my money was also straightforward and well mapped out by the insurance company who were also very helpful. Zest are my go to hire agency and have been for the last few years.

Excellent service from everyone involved. Centauro did not have the class of vehicle ordered and so upgraded me to an almost brand new Citroen C4 automatic. Lovely!!!
