Second time we’ve used Click Rent and found the service when collecting car to be more efficient than first time. First time we had to wait a very long time to be served.

Regular customers of Zest but first time with Key Go and it's always a bit unsettling using a new provider - off airport to boot! Just a short wait for minibus pick up and a few minutes drive to the office. Unlike recent airport terminal rentals there were no queues at Key Go. Efficient and pleasant staff quickly had us on our way. The most time spent was by US checking the car for the minute knocks and scratches listed on the handover sheet, and photographing any extra tiny imperfections. (Possibly, we have become too suspicious of sharp practice by certain car rental companies NOT used by Zest!). No problems at all with the car or on returning it. Will certainly stick with Zest and happy to use Key Go again.

Very happy with Key Go, a new company for us this year. Staff helpful and pleasant. And no queues! Far less stressful than some of the airport terminal experiences. Transfer back to Alicante airport took just a few minutes.

The overall experience was excellent. We buy our own damage excess cover and having had to make a claim in the past we found the claim process very Frustrating. We use zest in the hope that we would get help in providing the information demanded by the insurers. Fortunately we have not had to put this to the test.
