I'm glad to have found Zest and used them for the first time. I had a couple of questions which were answered promptly and accurately. Information provided on the car hire was excellent. I'll use you again. Noleggiare were also excellent and very good value

Great and efficient service at Alamo both by the gentleman checking us in and Guiseppe who did the return. Easy and very positive experience. Also with the correspondence and assistance from Zest prior to our rental.

Using Zest Car Rentals to hire a car in Sicily gave us confidence and reassurance- we knew that if we had a problem we had additional help and support. Knowing they are Which? recommended was very important. Centauro were excellent. They were professional, quick and helpful when we picked up the cars and at the drop off. We were given an upgrade as one of the driver’s had a birthday whilst we were away. We had a burst tyre and Centauro were helpful in enabling us to deal with the problem. All in all we will definitely use Zest and Centauro again.

Overall we were happy with our car hire although we would have found driving in Sicily easier with a built in satnav.

Seemless booking throughout. Sicily by Car at Catania Airport were extremely helpful and professional. No issues in using them again. I had the extended insurance through Zest and felt no hard sales from the rental company to take their additional cover.

Catania airport car service was Eurocar. Our flight was cancelled at the last minute. Managed to rebook for 2 days later and hence had to phone zest customer services. They handled the problem efficiently and sorted another car with appropriate refund, much to my relief.
