Great service from start to finish. Really happy with communication from Zest and reassured that they are on hand should there have been a problem. Rent auto pick up and return easy and straight forward communication. (Lisbon Airport a bit tricky!)

Really friendly staff for both collection and return. Made the process very easy as we struggled to find the car park to return the car. The driver came to us which was really kind in a stressful situation.

I am glad we were able to connect our mobile phone to the car, to use the satnav on the car screen. It would be useful for your other customers if could provide, or sell, a connecting wire. Deborah was very understanding of our messed up return times. I am sorry for the stress we caused her while list at the airport. Thank you for your service.

The whole process was perfect. Coming from THE USA I was a bit nervous about finding our way and it was as smooth as it could have been. We will absolutely use CarWix and Zest again. Thanks for making everything so great!

No hidden extras, no difficult questions. Fast easy friendly service, no queues. Probably the best rental car form that I have used. I would highly recommend.
