Brilliant service at Lisbon airport with zest/visacar - rep not there at arrival but came within 5 mins of phone call & transfer in van took 5 mins. On the road 10mins after & no waiting. Easy return back to office & they dropped us back to the airport- car as described/ no issues & no hard sell of other products. Would definitely book again.

First class booking service from Zest. I would recommend Visacar to anyone travelling to Portugal. Very helpful and pleasant people, and with easy access to Lisbon airport. Have booked with Zest and Visacar for another trip in September.

Really pleased with the service we received. Excellent booking process with Zest - and really good experience with VisaCar. We were picked up from the airport and taken to their office which is just short distance from the airport, but much less hectic than trying to sort out car hire at the airport. Very efficient process in processing our booking and getting the car ready for us to drive. Good location that was very easy to return the car to. Good quality, modern car that was a pleasure to drive. So nice to make a positive car hire experience - can't recommend highly enough!

I have rented several times in Portugal and this was by far the best service received. Easy pick up, easy return and the staff were excellent in both occasions.

First class service by Rent Car 4 Less, very friendly staff despite the fact that on arriving in Lisbon the representative had to wait two hours for us to get through passport control. On return at the end of our rental the representative was waiting as we pulled into the car park. The car we were given was virtually new.

Full credit to Zest and Visacar, very happy with the service and very happy with the upgraded car - much appreciated with two small kids and lots of luggage and buggy. Useability of Zest website was very intuitive and easy. Communication was also excellent throughout the booking and and pre trip process. Will definitely use both Zest and Visacar again.

Zest were brilliant. Took calls and communicated with car hire locally after our flight was delayed 7 hours. Arrived at 1am in Lisbon and representative was waiting with car. Everything sorted quickly, and equally so on return.
