The guys at Visacar were efficient, friendly, and courteous. We didn't need the airport when we returned the car as we were spending a few days in Lisbon. So they run us to the nearest Metro station with our luggage and helped us with buying the correct travel pass.

We were originally provided with a smaller car than we had booked but this was rectified the following day with car delivered to the address at which we were staying

I changed the vehicle via Zest at short notice for cheaper option. Zest staff very helpful and easy to contact. I could not find the right airport parking area returning the car. Phoned Masterkings. Very helpfull and spoke great English. Sent staff member over who did the handback and drove us to correct terminal. Marvelous !

The lady at Rentauto was lovely. I had to rush to get to the airport. She was happy for me to grab a coffee before leaving the airport car park. Car was spotless and easy to find and return. Worth the extra for no hassle compared to off site providers. Would definitely use them again.
