Not easy to spot / find the rep at the airport and the wait for the shuttle to collection was IMO too long, otherwise this was a good service, car was suitable, the staff were all very friendly, helpful and clear and I would use this company again

Picking up the car from the airport carpark is better than queueing at the main rental area.

We were impressed with Masterkings. They were friendly and helpful and unusually also dropped us off at T2 so that we didn’t have to get the shuttle. We will use them again.
