We always book through Zest and have done for many years. The customer service is excellent, if there are any hiccups or problems they go the extra mile to resolve them. The staff are very helpful and friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable.

After our recent experience with Zest and Masterkings, we only wish we had found them sooner. They’re the best! Super easy to book, great value with no “surprises”, and amazing customer service! For example, they met us in the terminal and walked us to where they had our rental car all ready to go in the short-term parking garage, which was also where we were to return the car (i.e., no miles-long shuttle bus, no walk to line at rental desk, no hauling bags to/from rental lot). We were also thrilled to be able to pre-select online from many rental options, such as being able to get the car as advertised (and not the “or similar” - which never is) and to select insurance and other options in advance, all with TOTAL price transparency. Can’t sing their praises enough!

Have used Zest for many years and have always received nothing but 5 star treatment, and through Zest I have always chosen Autorental as my preferred vehicle provider for the same reasons.
