We were very pleased with the service from both Zest and MasterKings. Zest’s customer support is responsive and customer focused. MasterKings’ personnel in Lisbon were courteous, professional and helpful.

MasterKings were a very friendly and helpful company and have a very good customer service. Although we had a slight problem with the airport collection procedure, they made up for this by upgrading my car on collection,

The service agent tracked our flight arrival and called us to arrange to meet at the departure door. We did not have to stand in line at a desk. He was very kind, thorough and helpful. He showed us many of the controls on the car and gave advice about routes. We called ahead to arrange drop off and it was very quick. We would use this company again. Booking through Zest helped give us extra support with their insurance.

We have used Zest many times over the years and we now don’t use anyone else. The customer service is excellent and the website is clear and easy to use.

Great customer service, I would recommend to anyone low affordability and they are also very trust worthy and on time. I came late due to my bag being lost but they still waited 1/20mins for me.
