First class service all round

I go to Lisbon regularly and have tried various car hire companies and had some sort of problem. This is the first time I have not been pressured into taking out their insurance. Zest were very helpful when I called prior to leaving and put my mind at rest. Although this is the first time I have used EPI they were by far the best company I have used. Staff member on time at meeting at airport, short walk to car park, another member of staff waiting by car. Both staff members were very friendly, helpful and polite. Quick process and on my way. Fantastic service all round. I will be using zest and EPI on all my visits to portugal in future. Can’t thank you enough.

I am extremely satisfied with Zest's service and the ease of booking. Also, the selection of vehicles on your website is abundant and affordable. I was able to extend my car rental right on the website and was contacted via email right away to confirm the extension. MasterKings's staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely rent a vehicle from them again.

Car and rent auto rep were excellent. Both on collect and return there is a 10 minute wait while rep comes from off site to airport. This is quite acceptable.

Everything went smooth and was explained to us. Special assistance was late deplaning us so I rang the number in the booking and they answered straight away and were happy to wait. They explaining the procedure of where to go to return the van.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The car was excellent and we were very impressed with how it handled. Booking the car was easy and we found Zest very easy to deal with. We would thoroughly recommend Zest

This was one of the best car rental experiences I have ever had. Zest was super responsive and helpful and MasterKings actually went above and beyond to give me personalised service which is unheard of in a car rental company. Everything was easy and peasant and excellent value for money.

Very good personalised service - the business model quite different and refreshing with a focus on person to person exchanges rather than being another customer in an office. Very easy and straightforward pick up and drop off.
