The car was delivered to our hotel at the time ahead. We had paid the insurance excess -so could just leave the car keys at reception for the company to collect. The car hadn’t been collected when we set off for home the following day. It was a very relaxed and easy process at a fair price.

All went well, we normally rent from the airport for the full duration of our trip. But the car sits for days without use so this is a useful way of doing things

We were given a car in a higher spec, at the same price - very generous. Paid extra for delivery to our holiday property and collection at conclusion of the rental. No quibbles or pressure regarding insurance. Very nice firm to deal with!
