Booking was easy and the car was delivered on time. The vehicle was very new but had some minor bumps. Interior was clean. Staff from Masterking were efficient and pleasant. Would use them again.

I spoke to two different members of your UK team. They were both excellent and a credit to your business. It's becoming increasingly hard to be able to speak to humans these days, let alone competent and efficient ones. Please pass on our thanks. Your prices were competitive and lagorent were great too. On our last day, a pizza delivery guy rear-ended us on his scooter and damaged the car. Both you and lagorent were great in dealing with this, even on a Sunday afternoon. Based on what I know at the time of writing, there are no unpleasant £ surprises as a result of this incident. I will use you again and recommend you
