Good service overall. Master kings didn’t try and rip us off with extra insurance required conversions which was a refreshing change.

We were scheduled to land at 22.10. My enquiries with Zest lead me to understand that the Travelrent desk would still be open. The flight was delayed by an hour. Then there was a two hour queue at passport control at Faro. I got to the desk at about 0100. The Travelrent guy was still there. I can't thank him, Zest and Travelrent enough for hanging on so late. Please pass on my gratitude and appreciation.

Zest provided a very good service, everything was made very clear and there were no hidden extras or price loading. I would definitely use Zest again in the future and would recommend them for fairly priced car hire.

Zest's service and price were very competitive as always. We have now used them, with the same rental company, for three years in a row and will not go back to using any of the major rental companies for our holidays. Thank you!
