Second time customer, I didn't have any reason to change after the first time. The whole process is great, especially guaranteed vehicle. The masterkings desk is a little hard to find at first because it's with others but the team are very helpful and easy to deal with. There aren't any unexpected questions, it's very smooth from start to finish.

All very easy and hassle free. The agent in Portugal spoke fluent English and was extremely helpful offering up advice and options available to us. The car was very clean and perfect for what we needed it for. The price was extremely reasonable and no hidden costs, fully recommend using Zest car rental.
