Windscreen washers were empty when car collected. This is my only criticism. Masterkings provide a speedy and efficient service with the minimum of fuss. I’ve used them for several years now and found them superior to competitors by a substantial margin.

collection was easy this time has we were off the plane quickly so first at the collection point other times when there is only one member of staff on it can be a frustrating wait to collect the car its also the same on returning the car, this time we were lucky both collection and returning were super quick.

Emergency health problem at airport meant that flight plans changed.This was late on Saturday afternoon, out of office hours. Your emergency helpline operator was so helpful. You contacted Portugal and re arranged pick up for following day, plus a surprise upgrade. Our holiday was back on track. Many thanks

My experience with both Zest and Masterkings was exemplary. From changing my original booking without extra charge to the polite, friendly Masterking’s overworked staff at Faro everything ran like clockwork. The car, although not new, was clean and in excellent condition. Overall an A+ service and great value
