Faultless service, great car, clear instructions, great price and really easy experience. We had to get a car seat for our little one and it was all setup and ready to go. Drop off was really simple and having the extra insurance just put our minds at ease during our holiday

Busy on pick up but that’s not unusual as seen pretty quickly by the team at Faro and car was ready and waiting. Quick drop off too and a simple smooth process. Certainly use them next time.

Slight damage to front bumper before we picked up the car that wasn't shown on the car damage report form. Reported to the desk and sorted straight away. Great staff to deal with and very professional both on collection and return.
