The vehicle was exactly as expected, new, clean and well presented. I must stress the importance of making a video of the whole car before driving off because yet again there was a stone chip that was not noted on the paperwork before handover of the car which might have cost me a lot of money.

For the dates I plan to go during this year my preferred hire car supplier - Rodavante - does not appear on your lists - is there a reason for this ? Have you stopped using them or is there an upper age limit for them ?? I would be interested to know as I prefer to book through zest and I don’t really want to go to them direct - you could email me your thoughts please

I have used Zest for as long as I can remember. What a brilliant website to use. There are no tricks or unknown fees etc. You may sometimes have issues with the car rental but this definitely doesn't reflect on Zest. On this occasion my experience was great with Zest and Way2Madeira. Thank you!
