We were very satisfied with the vehicle provided for us. It had more than sufficient capacity to transport 4 adults and cases to our villa. The car was powerful enough to cope with the severe Madeira slopes and the Sat Nav was useful when it came to planning our trips. Very satisfied with the service provided.

I had read reviews on Zest Car Rental experiences and all was good with them. I had accidentally entered the wrong drop off time and one quick phone call to Zest instantly put this right. Zest even refunded me a days rental due to my mistake which was very much appreciated.

Very much like other reviews I read, the service provided via Zest with Insularcar was very good. The information provided was clear, the car was nearly new and very nice to drive and the operatives we dealt with were professional and friendly. The checks of the vehicle were done well, quickly and everything was made very clear.

Excellent service. My flight was re-directed and therefore we were a day late. Easy to get in contact with Zest to let them know and to hold the car for when we landed.

Very good advice from receptionist to change to a car with a bigger engine. 1.6 Diesel was fine on the steep and narrow roads.

Fantastic service. Madeira Rent service desk was located right by the arrivals hall in the airport. The staff were professional, friendly and spoke excellent English. The car was better than expected. Highly recommended!
