Using Zest is an easy one-stop solution for car rental. Europcar staff at rental desk in Paphos very nice, remembered me from last year! Pick-up easy and gentlemen who did the drop-off when returning the car was very nice and helpful, very reassuring e.g. checked fuel full and refunded fuel charge on the spot and checked vehicle and released deposit held on credit card immediately. Great service all round. I will back in September!

We always have exceptional service from Kyprexxo. Handover of the vehicle on arrival and return is friendly and managed quickly. We would definitely use them again .

The Carwiz rep was there waiting for us at the airport and we didn’t have to go looking for him. He was at the airport on our return flight too. A quick phone call and we found him easily to return the car. Overall a very quick, easy process.

The service from both ZEST & CARWIZ was excellent! I had to arrange a last minute later collection due to flight times changing & Zest were very helpful in arranging this & putting me in contact directly with CarWiz. They were also great altering the collection time at Paphos Airport. They sent me a link to Check In in advance which was superb! On arrival, Rumer from CarWiz was the first person we saw. He swiped our credit card, took us to the car, arranged the drop off requirements & we were on our way within 15 minutes of or arrival! Checking in online should be the way ahead! I scanned passports, licences & licence check details the day before arrival & it worked seamlessly. Thank you Zest & CarWiz!

Excellent service. Easy to book. Easy to get the hire car. Car was ready at the destination to drive off. Easy to return. Good overall experience.
