Excellent customer service, the rep was waiting for us, signed all documents and we were away quicker than any rental before. The rep was waiting for us as soon as we returned to leave the country. Very friendly, polite and happy. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

Instructions for where to find you at the airport were accurate, a short wait for the bus to take us to the car hire. Staff friendly and a bit of a wait whilst they dealt with another customer first with the paperwork, but we'd already been given a car so we could put our luggage in. The car was clean and as requested and suited our needs for the week. On return it was very easy to drop off and again staff were friendly and an easy quick ride to the airport.

Amazing from start to finish , I had never booked a holiday car before , easy pick up at the airport , helpful staff and very friendly , I would recommend zest car rental to everyone .stress free and easy from start to finish.

Vehicle provided was a bit older about 10years I think with 80000km on it bit was in decent condition. Was probably underpowered when fully loaded to drive over the hills to the other side of the island with 4 people and suitcases. Would rent again bit would look for something with a bigger engine.

Very satisfied with the vehicle provided. We were supposed to get a Ford focus max and was given a KIA Sportage which I believe is an upgrade for no additional cost. There was plenty of space in the boot to fit 4 suitcases and 4 passengers and a driver comfortably. Also we managed to insure my son on the vehicle on the last week he arrived with no issues. Hassle free from booking the car to returning it at the end of my holiday. Kyprexxo staff were super efficient and very friendly and the car was in excellent condition. Would certainly use Zest/Kyprexxo again.
