I have nothing but praise to report. There was none of the usual upselling by rental desk staff. I imagine they appreciate the Zest package is complete. The mid size was unavailable. There was no attempt to seek me upgrading - it was simply offered as a substitute. The Alamo desk had quite a queue and only one clerk - it was a big plane and anyone would be advised to get there quickly to avoid a half hour wait. A reflection of Alamo's popularity?
