Everything went smoothly. Simon at Keddy was brilliant. Very professional but we had a laugh with him as my brother from Canada is a joker.

Marie at the Europcar customer service desk in Gatwick was fantastic, and super helpful. The collection of the vehicle was seamless and I was driving out of the airport in no time at all.
