Couldn’t fault Zest for service and value. Not only was the car cheaper by using Zest, they also included the excess insurance for free. Zest are also a Which? recommended car hire broker.

Zest were superb. They identified that we had two near identical bookings, contacted us and then refunded one of them without question. Simply the best customer service I've ever received.
Green Motion - the hire car company - had a hiccup with the starting fuel level being over stated, which needed to be resolved by email as the staff had disappeared.

I found that the car hire was generally good and easy to use. The car supplied was not to my liking which is purely a personal thing. Apart from that the whole thing was easy and flawless.
