I have ticked excellent for all the questions as my experience was faultless from being collected at the airport to being dropped off. What I found most attractive was the chance to add a 2nd driver for free which was great.

The staff at Europcar Birmingham Airport always give you a great customer service experience. Highly recommend them as a rental vehicle provider. Zest Car Rental - can’t fault them in any way!
