Zest was excellent in helping me to change my vehicle rental times and provider when my flights were changed. It was so much easier to do it through Zest than to try to organise it myself, especially as my first booking, which had been paid for, was no longer possible as the provider would be shut when the plane landed. The person I spoke to, Jacob Percy-Griffiths, was so helpful and ensured that I had a suitable replacement. I would certainly use Zest again.
