Travel into the hub of the city and unearth its gems. The city’s medina was made a World Heritage Site in 1988 and should be your first port of call. It is filled with wondrous historic buildings to amble around. The Great Mosque is a highlight, but there are many other areas to discover.
Head to the beach. Boujaafar is always bustling and full of life, so soak up the sunshine on the stunning golden sand here. If you are feeling energetic, a wide variety of water sports are also on offer.
Visit one of the many local museums such as the Sousse Archaeological Museum which offers the second largest display of mosaics in the world, to other historic points of interest that include the Sousse Catacombs.
Zinebledi offers great displays of fine Arabian horsemanship along with a theme park atmosphere. It is filled with many local eateries offering local cuisine along with a range of other local entertainment displays and activities that make a trip here worth considering.
