Really simple booking process. Clear instructions for shuttle bus, collection process and return. Cars were new and excellent condition. A great first time experience. Will use again in the future. Thanks

Thrifty/Hertz service at Valencia airport is not great, especially on a Sunday evening. There was one person in returns office and a queue, some people waiting over an hour. We took over half an hour to clear return of car. In contrast, Zest service is excellent, and I have not had problems with Sixt rentals when booking with Zest. I needed to claim damage excess via Zest, and the Zest call agent gave clear help and advice on the process.
