I was very impressed with Zest. The paperwork, ease of use of the website through to payment and instructions were all very good. Saving me a lot of money for not having to pay for the extra top up excess insurance with the car hire company was an added bonus.

The BEST customer service we have had from any car hire company!! Please say a massive thanks to Autos Aquirre for us. A phone call and whats app on arrival - they met us at arrivals. We had forgotten our daughter’s car seat and by the time we got our baggage they had organised one for us and it was pink! One delighted four year old and very relieved parents. Speediest pick up ever which after an early flight was so much appreciated and a vastly different experience to being stood in a long long queue and then completing what feels like endless paperwork. Honestly can’t fault them. Thank you.

We booked one of the cheapest cars on your site (a manual VW Up or similar) and were given an automatic BMW series 1 and were very happy!!! The extra power was very welcome when accelerating from a standing start on joining the busy A7 coastal dual carriageway which is a frequent necessity in the Estepona area.
