Should I rent a car in La Linea with Zest Car Rental?
In short, yes! La Linea, or La Linea de la Concepcion, itself is actually quite small and therefore the attractions in the town are quite limited. That said however, there are some elements you shouldn't miss. Explore the old quarter of the town, known as La Atunara, where you can take a wander around the harbour and visit the old church, then stop for a bite to eat in one of the cafes or restaurants in the area. You could also explore the delights on offer at the open air market.
Visit the Playa de Levante beach on the eastern side of town. It's popular with locals and visitors alike and there's a small bar at which to enjoy a cool drink too. Alternatively, why not play a few rounds of golf at the local golf course?
Just over the border, Gibraltar offers a wealth of alternative attractions such as boat trips from the attractive harbour, a trip in the cable car to Monkey Rock and a visit to St Michael's Cave, great hiking trails - especially a trip up the Mediterranean steps and a number of historical sites such as the World War II tunnels, amongst plenty more.
What is there to do in La Linea with a rental car?
