Zest car rental in my opinion provide an excellent service overall even when I was delayed at the airport, Zest made sure someone was at the pickup point on my arrival. Could not fault them.

You “lot” are amazing! Due to pick up car in GIB but weather was too windy to land so ended up in AGP and was being bussed down. Whilst taxing in I emailed to ask can you let guys know in GIB and 5 minutes later Tommy calls me to say would I like to pick up a car in AGP…..I was like 😱😱. Seriously incredible service as the stress levels were up due to the diversion. You deserve your awards!

The customer service I received from both Zest and Espacar was absolutely fantastic. Having had the hire car provided, stolen, both companies really stepped up to the plate. Zest were reassuring, calming and very efficient in communicating with me and the local provider, Espacar in Spain. They kept me informed about charges (of which there were none) and getting a replacement vehicle to me, as soon as they possibly could. What was an upsetting and traumatic incident for my wife and I, this company and in particular Customer Support Advisor Rebecca demonstrated that they really do care about customers.
