First time using Zest, chosen because of a latest Which survey, I paid what they asked, when I arrived at Drivalia, they was no real high pressure taking the all in insurance, cover, amused about being asked if I wanted breakdown cover on a brand new car. Fuel policy brilliant, did what was asked full/full policy with no fuel deposit. Also the car was excellent, almost brand new, I was really happy with everything

When I initially booked the car via Zest I mistakenly listed my wife as the primary driver. She never drives abroad. She spotted the error on the documentation and with only a few days before we travelled I contacted Zest and the rental was cancelled and rebooked with me as the primary driver and all necessary paperwork was with me within 24 hours. Efficiency at its best.

A very easy process from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. The car was immaculate and the collection and return was the quickest we’ve ever done. The refund of the petrol money was back in my account the following day! Would definitely recommend

Car was an upgrade in size/model from that which we booked and virtually new. Quick and efficient transfers between airport and hire office nearby, and friendly efficient staff at Centauro made the whole process straightforward. Always book through Zest - full tank policy and 2nd driver are important to us, shall look for Centauro next-time.
