Excellent overall experience and would definitely recommend. Wasn’t asked or pressured into taking extra insurance or products out when we arrived, we did take out the extra insurance when we booked online key cover etc. it was only a few extra pounds, the lady who picked us up from Murcia airport and again when we dropped the car off was very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with she was always attentive and spoke very good English. The only small gripe was the car was a few years old and had a few age related issues, other than that we would definitely recommend using this company
