Overall I was very pleased with the whole process of booking with Zest. The website worked well, with clear prices and vehicle choices. Once booked, the information you provided was very clear, particularly about our obligations, extra insurance cover and how to pick the car up. The Mo Car representative was excellent and clearly knew the car. He made dropping it off easy too.

The Mocar rep was very nice and friendly and it was fantastic not having to queue. No bullying or trying to sell insurance, and the rep reassured me that I didn't need to worry he would pretend there was damage to the car, as so many car hire cowboys do. It wasn't particularly cheap, but combined with the great service from Zest, it was definitely worth it to have the worry taken away.
